Elyse Tsinnie
Head of Operations
Elyse has a multidisciplinary background in healthcare, education, and real estate: united by a lifelong commitment to advocacy and community care.
With more than 16 years of experience in the medical field, she has served as an Operating Room Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), ASCP-certified Phlebotomist, and Hospital Phlebotomy Supervisor. Her clinical leadership includes oversight and hands-on care across high-acuity and regulated environments, with specialized training and certifications in NICU, ICU, ER, DOT, and DHEC CTU compliances. She also has dedicated 5 years as Assistant Instructor in the Spartanburg Community College Continuing Education Phlebotomy program.
Mark Taylor
Senior Project Engineer
Focused experience providing civil engineering services for land development projects for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial clients and users.
Advanced technical expertise in providing civil engineering services for all aspects of public and private infrastructure including drinking water distribution, fire protection, sanitary sewer conveyance, stormwater conveyance and management, roadway improvements, and erosion prevention and sediment control.
Experienced in communicating with regulators and contractors to bring a project from construction documents to permit approvals and installation in the field in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
Garth Gaillard
Tech Lead
Garth Gaillard serves as the Tech Lead for the project, overseeing all technology strategy, website development, and digital infrastructure. As the Founder and Owner of G2 Web Development, Garth brings over six years of experience building websites and custom software solutions for growing businesses as well as a background in IT and network administration for enterprise clients. With a strong foundation in both development and enterprise IT, Garth ensures that all technical components of the project are secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term growth objectives.
Project At A Glance
Phase 1
Secure property and collaborate with developers to determine the best placement of each building and on-site waste water treatment. Begin building cottages and “strip mall”. Partnership with Sweet Relief Home Health to establish home care base from existing the house on property. Consult with Cindy Fowler to structure facilities. Start Grant process for facilities.
Phase 2
Add large sunroom / resident lounge to existing house. Extend porch to existing house for residents to relax and enjoy scenic mountain views. Grants to fund build of assisted living facilities. Grants to fund memory care facility. Fully fence in community with 3-4 entrances. Assisted living facility. Memory care facility. Crowd funding with Vicinity Ventures. Seek funds from local foundations for projects.
Phase 3
Build assisted living & purchase lot. Build memory care & purchase lot. Guests suites: paved trails with covered resting benches / swinging chairs. Green Space: .Community Garden: . Covered picnic areas and stage. Dog park. Amenities: pool, theater rooms, activity rooms / spaces, stocked pond.
